Stephen Allen is an adviser for CHILD2015. He is Professor of Paediatrics and International Health at Swansea Medical School, UK. He is the Overseas Director for Africa for the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, UK. He has worked in research, training and clinical paediatrics in The Gambia and Papua New Guinea. Andrew Clarke is a co-moderator and adviser for the CHILD2015 email discussion forum. He is a children’s nurse and Health Visitor by background, working part for Burnley Pendle & Rossendale Primary Care Trust in England, and part as Health Development Advisor in Western Nepal for the NGO Child Welfare Scheme. Ed Cooper is a general paediatrician and clinical consultant to the Partnership for Child Development, Department of Infectious Disease Epidemiology, Imperial College Faculty of Medicine, London (www.child-development.org). Olly Jefferis is a trainee paediatrician based in Reading and Oxford, UK. He is a member of the International Child Health Group of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. Neil Pakenham-Walsh is the coordinator of the HIFA2015 campaign and co-director of the Global Healthcare Information Network. He started his career as a hospital doctor in the UK, and has clinical experience in rural Ecuador and Peru. For the last 18 years he has been committed to improving the availability of healthcare information for health workers in developing countries. Gonca Yilmaz is a member of the executive committee of the European Society for Social Paediatrics and Child Health. She is a social pediatrician in a training hospital in Ankara, Turkey, and has a postgraduate degree in social pediatrics.
